My Qualifications

 

Thank you for considering me to be your real estate agent.  The journey is never an easy one, but always worth the effort.  I promise to help you in any and every way I can along the way.  First here is a little about me:

 

I graduated from the University of Iowa in 2001 with a BA in Marketing. I absolutely loved the Iowa City Area and decided to make it my permanent home. I quickly decided that Real Estate was the career for me. Getting my real estate license has been one of the best decisions of my life.

I have been in real estate for more than 8 years. Over that time, I have seen many changes in the state of the real estate market, both up and down. Utilizing that experience, I have developed different strategies for marketing in different climates. I work with Buyers and Sellers, always making certain to listen to my clients needs. I have learned that listening very closely to what people have to say is the biggest advantage a great salesperson can have.

I believe that in order to be successful, each client must be treated like gold. Only a client who has a great experience will recommend you to friends and family. My overall goal is to continue to build a successful referral based business where friends, family, and colleagues will happily send me business because they know I will treat them like family.

 The biggest reward of my job is seeing the excitement as a family closes on their new home and knowing that I played an integral part in helping them to achieve a new milestone in their lives. The road to purchasing a home is not always easy, but worth the journey. I'd love to be the one to help you navigate that path.

I have earned my certification as an Accredited Staging Professional and in Green Marketing. This will be a helpful skill in a market where competition is fierce.
